Uninstall SubD. Navigate to the hidden folder: C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp\Plugins\SubD (Windows) or ~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2024/SketchUp/Plugins/SubD (Mac). Delete the license folder. Reinstall and re-enter your key.
