Released in Japan on May 20, 2021, and in North America and Europe on March 22, 2022, it marked the first mainline game in the series since Rune Factory 4 in 2012. The game follows the story of a young amnesiac protagonist who arrives in the sleepy border town of Rigbarth. They soon join the peacekeeping organization SEED, tasked with protecting the town from rampaging monsters. Players can farm, fish, cook, tame monsters, build friendships, romance marriage candidates, and engage in real-time action RPG combat.
