
Do not panic. Follow these steps in order. The goal is to start with the least invasive (soft reset) and move to the most invasive (main board replacement).
If using a USB-to-LAN adapter or a router's USB port with "Printer Sharing" mode, disable all print server and emulation features on the router and set it to "Raw Mode" or "Passthrough Mode". Disconnect the printer from the network and connect it directly via USB to a computer to confirm normal operation. If printing works via USB, the router's configuration is the root cause. The best solution is to use the printer's built-in network port (if available) or connect directly via USB. Do not panic
