You have set the lower voltage limit (dn) higher than the upper voltage limit (UP) . The system has rejected your settings.

Short press the UP button while on the main screen to toggle between voltage and percentage (calculated as: Battery Voltage / (UP - dn) ). xycd60 manual

When the battery voltage is fully charged and equals or exceeds the Upper Limit Voltage ( UP ), the relay turns ON, permitting the battery to power connected DC loads. The display flashes "OUT". You have set the lower voltage limit (dn)
