Far from being a period of inactivity, this break was a strategic retreat for rejuvenation and learning. In an interview with DNA India, Singh revealed the disciplined schedule she maintained. "Main kai saalon se films aur OTT ke liye try kar rahi hoon, aur udhar hi main interest show kar rahi hoon (For many years, I was trying for films and OTT, and my interest was there)," she explained. She clarified that her inability to commit to the grueling long-term schedule of a daily soap, coupled with her desire to formally train in the Indian classical dance form Odissi and care for her young son, led to her break. She used this time to pass her Odissi exams, effectively updating her skillset and artistic discipline.
