Internal status signals generated by the Fanuc CNC software itself (e.g., "Spindle is at speed" or "Axis is moving"). Fanuc FAPT Ladder is a ladder logic programming
Every Fanuc-controlled machine tool requires a bridge between the CNC's brain (which commands axis movements and reads G-code) and the physical machine components (such as coolant pumps, tool changers, safety doors, and chucks). This bridge is the PMC. This link or copies made by others cannot be deleted
Within the ladder, programmers can define "Keep Relays" (L addresses) for configuration settings and "Alarm Messages" (A bits) that appear on the CNC screen when a specific error condition occurs. Benefits of Using Fanuc FAPT Ladder/Ladder-III
Because it is designed by Fanuc, it interacts perfectly with the PMC, servo systems, and spindle units.
Signals sent from the PMC to drive physical hardware. Examples include hydraulic valves, relay coils, indicator lights, and motor contactors.
