Not all 720p BluRay Hindi Dubbed releases are equal. To avoid searching for “fix” again:

: If you find that the Hindi dub lags exactly 2 seconds behind, go back to MKVToolNix . Click on the Hindi audio track, navigate to the Properties panel on the right, find the Delay (in ms) field, enter 2000 (or -2000 if it is ahead), and remux the file.
