NALCO 77225 is formulated as an internal boiler feedwater treatment designed to prevent scale formation. It integrates a complex phosphate residual program with proprietary Transport Plus polymer technology. This blend allows the treatment to successfully react with calcium and magnesium hard water ions while suspending iron, silica, and phosphate molecules so they do not adhere to boiler tubes up to operational pressures of 40 barg.
