Unlike traditional concrete or asphalt, Kodub Polytrack utilizes a multi-layered extrusion process. The top layer consists of high-density polyurethane (HDP) mixed with recycled rubber granules for shock absorption, while the base layer integrates a geotextile honeycomb structure for drainage and stability. This dual-layer design allows the surface to remain rigid under heavy loads yet flexible enough to prevent cracking due to thermal expansion or ground shift.
