The story follows (played by Chu Chung-heng), a young man who works for his father’s small taxi company in Taipei. Da-chuan is content with his simple life until he falls for Chuang Ching-wen (Rie Miyazawa), a beautiful and stoic traffic police officer. To capture her attention, he deliberately commits an absurd number of traffic violations, hoping to be ticketed by her repeatedly.
