The story follows a series of vicious attacks on young Manhattan women. When five virgins are mysteriously assaulted, the police initially believe a twisted serial rapist is on the loose. NYPD Detective Dale Androtti (Lance Lewman) and Dr. Gamble Pace (Teresa Farley) team up to investigate. As they examine the victims, they discover a strange, unknown substance, leading them to a terrifying conclusion: the attacks are the work of an otherworldly creature. They trace the source to the abandoned subway tunnels beneath a hospital, where they find the alien has been impregnating human women to reproduce its own species.
