What are you using? (SignMaster, Artcut, Flexi, etc.) What error message or behavior occurs when you try to cut?
Plug the USB cable firmly into a back panel USB 2.0 port on your computer (avoid blue USB 3.0 ports, as they can cause data timing issues with legacy serial emulation). Flip the power switch on the ROHS 721 plotter.
Even with the right drivers, communication can sometimes be tricky.
If you encounter issues with the driver or the plotter:
Look for an entry with a yellow warning triangle. It will usually say something like , FTDI , PL2303 , or USB Serial Port .
In Device Manager, right-click the problematic device -> Uninstall device .
